Hello Chicago, Today is Illinois Tourism Day!
Today, May 17 is Happy Illinois Tourism Day! Are you planning a staycation in Illinois? Head out to Union Station in the Great Historic Hall from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. to this admission free event! There will be sweet giveaways, Amtrak Ticket Drawings, Car-Free Vacations, tourism literature and over 22 booths with a wealth of information from the great land of Lincoln. If you dig big bands, don’t miss The Rootabaga Jammers (Big Band Music) who will be there from 11am - 3 pm.
